A CNN update on The Grim Sleeper featuring the anonymous 1987 phone call claiming that the killer used a white and blue Dodge van to dump the body of Barbera Ware.

    I think the caller was definatly linked to this somehow. he knew to many details. either he was there or he was about 20 feet away. he said “He put a gas tank on top of her.” If it was a gas tank, he must have been close enough to realize it. the caller sounded semi educated. he wasnt vague about the details at all. RIP to all the victims and to the families, god be with you.

    You are right about the gas tank part.

    Either he was close enough to see as in maybe being a resident looking over his fence into the alley……

    Or he walked over to look at the dumped item (body) after the killer had left.

    I suspect he was looking over his fence into the alley. I used to live on an alley…

    It’s worth noting that the anonymous caller told the 911 dispatcher that Barbara Ware’s body was “thrown out” from the van but according to the LAPD it was carefully placed in the alley…so TGS definitely HAD to have gotten out of the van to place it there! The fact that the caller was able to give such accurate information about the crime scene but apparently knew nothing about who dropped it there or was driving the van is definitely suspect (he did tell the dispatcher “I didn’t see him”–indicating he was quite sure it was a man). It’s also a given that the caller HAD to have been very close to the crime scene yet he (somehow) managed to avoid being seen by TGS. There are just too many things that don’t add up or make sense here.

    The caller in the 911 tape appears to be the Grim Sleeper.

    I’ve recently seen video on Youtube that showed a picture of the back of the van. It’s licence plate is partially blocked by a ladder attached to the back door, which would make it impossible for anyone to give an exact reading of the plate…..something the caller was able to do.

    The DODGE VAN had nothing to do with the killings. My thoughts are he knew that this church had meetings and may have passed this church often, He use this to through the LAPD Off. He must have been the caller.
